    • Take a moment to observe your negative attributes without judgment.
      Ask yourself:
      Why are they part of my personality?
      Where did they come from?
      What triggered their formation?

      Often, our flaws are not random—they’re responses to pain, fear, or survival.
      Understanding their roots is the first step to releasing them.
      “You can’t heal what you don’t understand.”
  • Pay attention to when this negative emotion arises. What situations, people, or thoughts are triggering it? The more aware you are, the more control you gain.
  • Next time you find yourself in a similar situation, try to respond differently. Prepare for it. Begin your personal growth journey.
