My St

Regrow You

I was the firstborn to a very toxic, narcissistic mother and a loving but emotionally distant father. My childhood was full of silent struggles. Growing up as a lonely child in a small village on the outskirts of India, in a middle-class family, I often felt helpless and unseen.

When things at home became chaotic and abusive, I found no refuge in the outside world either. I faced bullying—from teachers, classmates, and even so-called friends.

Now I understand why.
People, whether they realize it or not, can sense who is emotionally fragile. Even if you try to act confident, your subconscious energy speaks louder. Just observe any group of animals—you’ll see how the weaker one is often singled out, even without provocation. That’s a universal law.

The impact of my childhood showed up clearly in my character. I lacked confidence, made poor decisions, and lived in frustration. But the most painful part? I didn’t even realize my own potential.

I never knew I could paint, sculpt, dance, or write. These gifts were buried deep beneath layers of pain, shame, and survival.

Everything changed when I made a decision—to heal my trauma, change my story, and become a better version of myself. And as I did, something beautiful happened:
My hidden skills began to surface.
I became more intuitive, more creative, and—most importantly—more calm and composed.

This platform was born from that transformation.
I created it to share my story, and to help others walk the same path—from silent suffering to empowered selfhood.

Because if I can change, you can too.
